That's the feedback from a series of demonstrations of a Shelbourne Reynolds stripper front run by the east coast distributor, NSW Deere dealer Hutcheon and Pearce that took in southern NSW and Victoria.

Since its launch in 1993 everything about the Shelbourne Powermix has been designed around customer requests and requirements. The latest Powermix Plus is no exception, after 3 years of design work and customer consultation the first production machines are now on farm.
With a wet harvest putting extra pressure on farmers who will already be a month behind their usual pre-cultivation hedge trimming routine thanks to new rules on the practice, Suffolk-based hedgecutter manufacturer Shelbourne Reynolds is urging operators to ensure machines are fully fit and ready for a months' extra growth and the increased output required by a reduced trimming window.
We are pleased to announce the launch of a new finance program at the Livestock Event on July 8th and 9th at the NEC, Birmingham. The scheme is available on a limited number of single auger Powermix Pro machines between 9 and 15 cubic metres in size. These machines feature Shelbourne's industry leading Express webbing conveyor system.

This month I caught up with the team at Toplink Machinery in Te Awamutu, who had a Shelbourne Reynolds Powerspread Pro 2400 muck spreader out on demonstration at Kevin and Simon Clark's 360 hectare dairy and drystock property on the bank of the Waikato River, near Maungatautari.
DURABILITY ENHANCED AS TWIN-AUGER DIET FEEDERS BEEFED UP FOR 2015

With the national average dairy and beef herd sizes continuing to increase, many twin-auger diet feeders are now mixing in excess of 100 tonnes of feed daily. In response to the greater demands this is placing on machines, manufacturer Shelbourne Reynolds is upgrading its twin auger Powermix Pro Twin Express feeders for 2015.

The Ireland Brothers, of Martin, S.D., get more out of no-till by using stripper headers on their combines. With the Shelbourne Reynolds headers that strip wheat kernels out heads and leave the straw standing upright, they can operate combines at higher speeds and in tougher conditions than when using straight cut headers that put all the straw through the combine. That increases their combining capacity.

Kansas Wheat Harvest Update

The Southern US wheat belt harvest is now almost complete with machines now running in the Dakotaâ€™s. Yields and crop harvesting conditions were tremendously variable this year. Drought took its toll and reduced yields in Texas and South West Kansas as well as some parts of Colorado.
