Shelbourne Reynolds (UK) Coronavirus Operating Policy


Our priority is the safety and wellbeing of our employees, customers and our suppliers. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and following advice from World Health Organisation and Government Health Advisors.


The factory at Stanton is still open and we are committed to maintaining production and service support throughout this challenging time. We are also realistic to know that the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak and government measures may have the potential to disrupt this but we will do our utmost to minimise this should that occur.


We are currently operating in a new way to protect our customers and our staff. If it is necessary for you to collect parts personally then please do so via prior appointment with our parts department. You will understand that our preference at this time will be to ship parts via courier to minimise person to person contact.


All other visitors to our Stanton site are restricted. Only essential visits will be allowed and only with prior appointments.


Our field based service technicians are still mobile although as always will only visit a customer or dealer with a prior appointment and will try at this time to restrict site visits to only those that are essential.


Similarly the UK Regional Sales Managers are still active but will make customer or dealer visits by appointment only.


We thank you for your understanding and co-operation as we endeavour to continue to trade and support our customers whilst minimising the transmission of this virus.

The Shelbourne Reynolds, Colby KS distribution centre is open, but, to limit the spread of the Coronavirus and to protect the health of our employees is restricting access into buildings to Shelbourne Reynolds employees only.


Parts and headers can still be collected but please call ahead of time to make arrangements.
