Product Support Representative

Shelbourne Reynolds is seeking a motivated individual to join our team, providing support for our line of stripper headers.

Position Summary:

This position is based out of our Colby, KS location and involves travel to other states as part of our support package. The role would include machinery unloading, set up and delivering from our Colby, KS location, as well as in-field support for our customers.

The job would suit an enthusiastic, hands-on individual who has mechanical skills and combine harvester experience.

Good communication skills are a must, as you will be required to represent Shelbourne Reynolds in the field, answering queries from customers and providing an all round customer service experience.

Due to the nature of the role a passport and valid driving license is required for this role.
